- Entry to the students will be strictly on the basis of a valid College ID card.
- The events are open for the students of all the streams.
- On the spot entries are permitted. The numbers of entries are limited.
- All the participants should report 15 minutes before the event starts.
- Organizers reserve the right to change, modify or cancel any of the events or rules and regulations without giving any reasons.
- The decision of the judges will be final.
- Misbehavior on the part of any individual will result in his/her disqualification from the event and expulsion from the college premises.
- Cell phones should be kept in silent mode during the events.
- The participants and visitors are solely responsible for their belongings and the college takes no responsibility.
- Any damage caused to the college property by the participants or visitors will be accordingly claimed and are liable of punishment.
